Manchester International Airport (MAN) is one of the country's busiest airports and its three terminals handle 20 million+ passengers every year. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are home to a good selection of amenities and are linked by a moving walkway, known as the Skylink.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets


As a busy international hub, Manchester International Airport is unsurprisingly home to excellent duty-free shopping facilities, located beyond passport control in all three of its terminals. Ahead of passport control are a wide variety of popular retail outlets.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants


All three terminals are home to a large number of eating and drinking establishments including popular names such as Starbucks, O'Brien's Irish Sandwich Bar and Burger King. The Blues Bar and the West Pier Bar are available for alcoholic beverages. Among the many shops on hand are popular establishments such as Allsports, Boots, Monsoon, Sunglass Hut and WH Smith.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities


In keeping with the trend of all modern international airports, there are ATMs located throughout Manchester International Airport in close proximity to check-in desks and lounge areas. There are currency exchanges in all three terminals, offering a range of services including Paypoint, mobile phone top-up facilities and travel insurance. Postal services are available at Terminal 1.

Business and Conference Facilities


Manchester International Airport's business facilities include a conference centre capable of accommodating 400 people. Services on offer include an overhead projection system, telephone, fax machines and so on. Business centres are also available at many of the hotels located nearby the airport including the Radisson and the Atlantic.

Disabled Facilities


Facilities for disabled passengers at Manchester International Airport (MAN) are excellent and include TDD payphones, accessible toilets and telephones for wheelchair users. Disabled parking spaces are provided at all of the airport's parking facilities. Extra assistance can be requested from specially trained airport staff.

Other Facilities


The airport proudly offers a hairdressers and drycleaners as well as providing valet parking on request. A petrol station is also available on the airport premises.
